Before we sign you up, we complete a fast workout to assess your fitness so that we can identify the next best steps based on your objectives, needs, and fitness level. In any case, this is a terrific place to start, and you'll walk away with some excellent recommendations. You should plan on spending an hour at our gym. Most importantly, your first visit is an excellent opportunity to see if our gym is a good fit for you.
